Dedicated whey processing lines from raw liquid whey through nanofiltration, evaporation, spray drying, and powder packing. Produces sweet whey powder, demineralised whey, and whey protein concentrate (WPC).

→Whey Pre-treatment — Pasteurisation and fat removal to achieve feed-quality standardisation
→NF / RO Membrane Filtration — Demineralisation and lactose concentration for WPC grades
→Evaporation — Falling-film TVR or MVR evaporators for energy-efficient concentration
→Spray Drying — Nozzle-atomised drying with particle-size control
→Lactose Crystallisation — Optional crystallisation loop for permeate utilisation
→Automated Powder Bagging — 25 kg or 1000 kg big-bag filling stations
