Centralised or dedicated clean-in-place skid stations for dairy, food, and beverage processing lines. Automated multi-circuit systems delivering pre-rinse, caustic wash, acid rinse, and final rinse sequences with data logging.

Filtration Skids

Skid-mounted nanofiltration and reverse osmosis systems for whey demineralisation, water purification, lactose removal, and juice concentration. Spiral-wound or ceramic membrane options.

→Membrane Housings — SS316L pressure vessels for 8" spiral-wound membrane elements
→High-Pressure Pump — Multi-stage centrifugal pump for NF (15–40 bar) or RO (40–80 bar)
→Energy Recovery — Pressure exchanger for high-flow RO systems above 50 m³/hr
→CIP Connection — Integrated CIP manifold for membrane cleaning in place
→Permeate / Retentate Monitoring — Conductivity, flow, pressure sensors on all streams

Compact juice clarification, de-aeration, and dosing skids for beverage lines. Also includes custom utility skids — dosing stations, buffer pH adjustment units, and sampling manifolds — all factory-assembled and tested.
